This course is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively navigate challenging parent-teacher relationships. Participants will explore various strategies for building positive connections with parents, effectively communicating concerns, and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
Through a combination of readings, case studies, and interactive discussions, teachers will learn how to establish clear expectations with parents, set boundaries, and maintain open lines of communication. Additionally, participants will examine the impact of cultural differences, personality styles, and power dynamics on parent-teacher interactions.
