So you have finished your course,
what are the next steps?

Please email your completed worksheets to [email protected]. The LoVerde Group will grade your work, send you feedback and submit your passing grade to UMass Global. Please Note: This process may take up to 5 days.

Once UMass Global receives your grade, they will post the grade to your account. Please Note: This process may take up to an additional 5 business days.

Login into your UMass Global account to see your posted grade, request transcripts, and access reciepts. If you have problems logging into your account, please email [email protected]

If you are unable to login to your UMass Global account, you can order the transcript directly from this site:  IMPORTANT: please make sure all your grades have posted before doing this step. https://www.umassglobal.edu/current-students/office-of-the-registrar/transcript-requests

Please make sure to review your unofficial transcripts first to ensure all your completed courses are listed. When ordering electronic transcripts, you will be prompted for the recipient’s address first, then you can select “pdf” transcripts, and then you will be able to enter their email address.

When ordering transcripts make sure that you are using either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. If you are trying to access the system on a smart phone or tablet, it will not work.
